Training workshops on promoting peaceful coexistence and interfaith dialogue

As part of the project to promote moderate religious dialogue in Nineveh and with the support of the IOM’s Wasl Fund, the Al-Irada Organization conducted training workshops on promoting peaceful coexistence and interfaith dialogue over five days, with the participation of 20 individuals from different nationalities who received training at the first level and are the leaders of these sessions.
These sessions were facilitated by community leaders from multiple entities, including the Directorate for Combating Intellectual Extremism, the Department of Intellectual Terrorism, the Sunni Endowment, the Committee for Violent Extremism in the District of Mosul, and representatives of the Yazidi Endowment.

The sessions focused on facilitating interfaith dialogue and promoting understanding and peaceful coexistence among different groups, while emphasizing the importance of moderate religious discourse in promoting social peace.
